WOOD SYMPHONY DESIGN WILL USE FEDEX, UPS AND USPS AS SHIPPING CARRIERS. EXPRESS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION. SINCE MOST ITEMS ARE SHIPPED INDIVIDUALLY BY THE ARTIST, DELIVERY TIMES WILL VARY.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

WOOD SYMPHONY DESIGN GLADLY ACCEPTS RETURNS, BECAUSE YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MAY RETURN THE ITEMS WITHIN 5 DAYS FOR A REFUND IN THE FORM OF ORIGINAL PAYMENT, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SPECIAL OR CUSTOM ORDERS. SPECIAL ORDERS AND CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS THEY ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. IF WE HAVEN’T HEARD FROM YOU WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT, WE WILL ASSUME THAT YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE PIECE AND THE SALE WILL BE CONSIDERED FINAL.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. MAKE SURE THE ITEM(S) ARE SECURELY PACKAGED. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DUE TO IMPROPER PACKAGING. IF YOU ARE UNSURE HOW TO SECURELY REPACK YOUR ORDER, PLEASE EMAIL  INFO@WOODSYMPHONY.COM FOR ASSISTANCE.

 

TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, WE REQUIRE A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE. TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT, YOU MUST FIRST SEND US AN EMAIL AT INFO@WOODSYMPHONY.COM STATING THE REASON FOR RETURN. IF APPROVED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND THE SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR THE RETURN. ALL RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ON THIS WEBSITE REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. RETURNS ARE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU RECEIVE A REFUND, THE COST OF SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR RETURN ADDRESS, E-MAIL, AND PHONE NUMBER. THE PIECE MUST BE SENT USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE AND MUST BE INSURED. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEM WHILE IT IS IN TRANSIT, SO MAKE SURE IT IS INSURED FOR THE FULL RETAIL VALUE. WE DON’T GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM. REFUNDS ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND. IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, WITHIN 10 DAYS.
